On December 23rd, the key project of the Science and Technology Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises - the energy-saving and environmentally friendly ultra-large flow disc continuous drying device, undertaken by Shijiazhuang University of Technology Chemical Equipment Co., LTD., passed the acceptance organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The new achievement, based on the traditional disc continuous dryer, has undergone structural transformation, which can increase the processing capacity of a single unit, reduce the floor space occupied by the equipment, lower energy consumption, and meet environmental protection requirements. Compared with traditional equipment, the production components of the new device, such as the drying disc, rake blades, and feeder, have a structure that can adapt to the transportation of large flow materials and the requirements of heat and mass transfer. It also adds a dust removal device that meets environmental protection requirements and a control system that is suitable for continuous large-scale production. It is a large-scale drying equipment specifically designed for the continuous processing of minerals, inorganic salts, polymers, and other materials in large quantities. Up to now, this equipment has been successfully applied in projects such as the nickel series transformation project of Jilin Jien Nickel Industry Co., LTD., the polyoxymethylene technological transformation project of Yunnan Yuntianhua, the polyoxymethylene project of CNOOC Inner Mongolia Tianye Chemical, and the sulfur concentrate drying project of Jiangxi Copper - Wengfu Chemical Company. |
