Low liquid ratio, high speed, high efficiency dyeing system

The fabric in the liquid-filled fabric guide tube is in a floating state and does not rub against the inner tube wall. The running speed reaches 300-500m/min, which reduces the fuzzing phenomenon. The special "wave" type inner net structure reduces the friction of the fabric, runs more smoothly and reduces water consumption. The tail slide design is optimized, and the liquid ratio can be as low as 1:5~6 (selected according to the fabric type and process requirements).
