SGR168B high temperature and high pressure jigger dyeing machine, from small batch models to large capacity dyeing machines, has superior performance. There are four main design models: cloth roll diameter φ350mm, φ900mm, φ1200mm, φ1400mm, the outer body is a high temperature and high pressure cylinder, the working pressure is 3BAR, and the working temperature can reach 140℃. There are two φ150mm observation windows on the operating side, and a safety switch is equipped when the pressure vessel is opened. This model has similar extended functions as the normal temperature dyeing machine. The external high-efficiency heat exchanger realizes rapid heating and cooling. The feeding cylinder is equipped with a simulated liquid level measurement device, and the dyeing liquid can be replenished immediately when the process changes to ensure accurate bath ratio. Condensed water is concentrated at the bottom of the cylinder and discharged through an automatic valve. The inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are automatically separated, the inner cylinder is fixed in position, and the outer cylinder is driven by the linear gear of the reducer and moves on the double guide rail.
