SMD ambient temperature jigger dyeing machine, from small sample dye jigger to giant large capacity dye jigger, is suitable for small batches and multiple varieties. The main models are designed with cloth roll diameters of Φ150mm, Φ600mm, Φ1200mm, Φ1400mm, and Φ1500mm. The outer shell is designed with a sloping top, self-closing door frame, pneumatic opening and closing, two lifting cylinders, top cover heating room temperature, drip-proof, and the top heating stops automatically when the door is opened. The heating method in the dye tank can be selected from direct steam heating and indirect steam heating. The normal temperature dye jigger can be equipped with an active cloth roll roller staggering function and an external heat exchanger. Various functional requirements required by the process can be selected.
