SGR high temperature and high pressure jigger dyeing machine, from small batch models to large capacity dyeing machines, has superior performance. There are four main design models: cloth roll diameter φ680mm, φ800mm, φ1000mm, φ1200mm. The outer body is a high temperature and high pressure cylinder, the working pressure is 3BAR, and the working temperature can reach 140℃. There are two φ150mm observation windows on the operating side, and the pressure vessel is opened with a safety switch. This model has similar extended functions as the normal temperature dyeing machine. Condensed water is concentrated at the bottom of the cylinder and discharged through an automatic valve.
